Tom has a knack of making classical music relatable and accessible to a diverse demographic, with particular experience in capturing the imagination of people with little or no knowledge of classical repertoire. His passion has led him to work on developing strategies for improving access to classical music for all. Tom also works freelance in leadership, learning and creative development in music for people and organisations.

A keen and insightful learner and lifelong classical music lover, Emma has swiftly parachuted into the music industry, gaining a depth of knowledge of all parts of the music ecosystem – the work of labels, publishers and the world of sync (as well as the fast-paced development of start-ups in the space). Her research background allows her to quickly collate a mass of information and identify what is needed. With classical music in her genes, she feels privileged to now be opening up the work of world-class artists, composers and producers to other stakeholders in the creative industries through the activities of Pitch Perfect.
